I’ve been messing around with arched doorways in my spare time since most of my mini or terrain making stuff is packed up pending sale of the house and moving. I can fiddle around with small bricks and doors without making too much of a mess. Anyway, one of the biggest challenges I’ve encountered for doorways is merging the arch of the doorway with the straight bricks of the wall. Check this out:
I think that’s solved my problem. If I can sculpt something like that.
Isn’t that an awesome design anyway? I love it. Elegant, functional and it perfectly integrates the wall and the doorway arch. I am embarrassed I didn’t think about something like it myself.
I suspect if I could make a mold of this, I could sell them to other gamers who struggle with the same thing I’ve been struggling with.
